Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients for our software development and WordPress e-commerce solutions.
- Client Engagement: Present SpaceOn Technology’s services effectively through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals to maximize commissions.
- Market Analysis: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to uncover opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with the development team to ensure smooth project transitions post-sale.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in software development, e-commerce, or digital solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress, e-commerce platforms, or tech-based services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email platforms, and virtual meeting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules.
